NOTE: We comply with HIPAA only when a user subscribes to a Silver or Gold plan (or any equivalent successor plan) and signs a Business Partner Agreement (BAA). If the user downgrades the plan, BAA will terminate immediately, which means that PlatoForms Pty Ltd may not treat user’s data as PHI data. If there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and the HIPAA Notice, the HIPAA Notice shall prevail.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that PlatoForms Pty Ltd will use your information in Australia and any other country in which PlatoForms Pty Ltd operates.
