Your credit card will not be charged until after the trial period. The trial begins on the day you sign up.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Unused amounts will be credited on a prorated basis.
If you cancel your subscription, you can continue using your plan until the end of the current billing cycle.
Usage limits for submissions, API requests, and invitation links reset monthly at the start of the billing cycle.
Storage is used for uploaded files and does not reset monthly. You can free up space by deleting file-based submissions.
HIPAA compliance is included in the Business plan but must be manually enabled in your account profile. No extra fees apply.
Free plans include FormCan branding in the form footer and in email notifications.
The free trial includes all plan features except the custom domain and custom sender email address.
There are no hidden fees in any plan.
All prices are listed in US dollars.
